Your Mission

To be a highly performing team member selling and developing the COBRA & PUMA Golf brands into key regional retail partners. Managing the account base in an efficient, effective, and profitable manner, developing customer relations in all departments, both internally and externally. Ensuring budgets and distribution are in-line with Company expectations. TO ACHIEVE SET SALES TARGETS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS- this is to be accomplished by utilising a variety of business models and techniques and would include growing share in key categories to deliver growth. To continually analyse sales performance versus the targets set. TO SECURE PRE BOOK ORDERS- to maximise the pre books for both brands across all categories and ensure they are in and on the system for an agreed date as well as ensuring relevant pre book values are met. DEVELOP & MAINTAIN MUTUALLY PROFITABLE ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIPS- interfacing with all relevant account personnel to drive growth for both COBRA PUMA GOLF and the account. Product presentations, marketing plans, orderbook management and retail visits to be conducted on a regular basis. DRIVE THE DESIRABILITY OF THE BRAND- in line with the distribution policy and distribution channels. Manage the quality and quantity within the account portfolio, setting clear goals and executing the go-to-market plan. STRONG ALIGNMENT WITH INTERNAL FUNCTIONS- always ensure consistent and focused internal communication to ensure the smooth running of the account base. Relevant departments to include (although not limited to): Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Support, Finance/Credit Control, Operations. OBSESS SELL IN/SELL OUT- to be compelling and inspiring and to consistently strive for sell in excellence utilising all the sales tools provided. Continually monitor and analyse customer sell thru and effectively use to COBRA PUMA GOLF's advantage.
