Qualifications : A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work toward it) and training in areas like dementia care, diabetes awareness, safeguarding, and risk assessment. Relationship Building : Strong skills in stakeholder engagement within the healthcare sector. Financial Acumen : Proven ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
