Friendly, supportive team Frequent 1:1s and catch ups with management Flexible approach to working hours Responsibilities (not exhaustive) : To provide leadership, administration, care, and people management functions and if the services are provided, the catering, housekeeping, and laundry functions. To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing and selling our services at the agreed prices. To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed and within the financial budget or other parameters set. To maintain care and management skills at the current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Senior Management. To manage the services in accordance with our standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practices. Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture. Formulate and administer the budget based on Senior Management’s objectives and within the projected revenue. Participate in the development of our policies. Work alongside HR to recruit, select and train new staff, in line with company budget parameters. Lead employee 1:1s and PDPs, ensuring that they are completed on time each month. Promote a positive image for services provided and employment within Ideal Complex Care Ltd. To liaise with commissioners, prospective Service Users, health professionals and other agencies. Skills and Experience you should have: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to working towards) Experience as a CQC Registered Manager A minimum of 2 years experience in a management position Experience working within a care setting Positive attitude towards problem solving Experience and ability to people manage Effective team player Good communication skills and time management Ability to cope under pressure Calm and patient Ability to deal with change Able to show empathy and understanding Flexible and reliable Job Type: Full-time Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: RH109PJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
