Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Annual Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Eastbourne Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in Eastbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional care and who thrives in managing and inspiring a team to enhance the lives of clients. Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations. Manage and lead a team of care professionals, providing training, support, and development to staff. Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure the care plans meet the individual needs of clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor and manage the budget of the service, ensuring efficient use of resources. Implement and maintain robust procedures for safeguarding and compliance. Drive continuous improvement in the service through quality assurance and performance monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services or equivalent. Strong understanding of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. Proficient in IT systems relevant to care management. Benefits:
