Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a market-leading lifting and testing specialist. Due to ongoing success and diversification, they require an experienced Crane Engineer to join their team in Royth. Skills and Experience: Candidates must be apprentice-trained or equivalent and conversant with mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. Mechanical bias with electrical knowledge would be ideal. Health and Safety knowledge. Experience maintaining overhead cranes and hoists. You will be climbing ladders and working at heights. Must be flexible with the ability to travel at short notice. Must hold a current driving license. Due to the location of the clients' customers, you will be required to stay away at times (travel, accommodation, and food will be provided). Duties: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various overhead, traveling, and pencil cranes. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues. Complete appropriate documentation through your mobile device. What's on offer: £40k-£42k starting salary. Overtime paid at x1.5 and x2 on Sundays. 33 days holiday. Cycle to work scheme. Company Van.
