We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Creative and Marketing Manager to help support branding initiatives at Kinsbrook. This role involves collaborating on advertising materials, generating fresh promotional ideas and driving marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for wine and storytelling, combined with expertise in digital marketing, graphic design, and sales strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience while effectively communicating our brand message. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Utilise Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to drive traffic and generate leads. Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Employ Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for the design of promotional materials that capture attention and drive engagement. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Write compelling copy that effectively communicates our core values and strengths, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels. Develop influencer identification and audience mapping. Build relationships with local and wider hospitality businesses, nurturing these partnerships and driving traffic to Kinsbrook and bottle sales to the trade. Content creation for marketing and social channels. Wider business support and involvement - it’s a startup environment, so no two days are the same! Skills / experience: Strong communication and organisation skills. Sociability. Experience creating social media content, in at least a personal capacity if not for a business or brand. Knowledge of major social media platforms and their content and user ecosystems. Experience/proficiency with Final Cut / Photo Shop is useful. Experience/knowledge of HTML / CSS is useful. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B and B2C environments. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Ads and email marketing platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for copywriting. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail. A passion for creativity and innovation in marketing practices. Job Type:
