Location: Burnley office (with occasional travel)
Ideal Recruit is looking for a highly creative team worker to join our reputable client in Burnley. As a creative artworker and keen team player, you will be self-motivated to support the design and marketing department. You will assist the manager in the creation and production of social and marketing assets including photography, video material, POS, banners, and email marketing. You will help the team in a wide range of graphic/design projects including binders, tenders, presentations, catalogues, and imagery.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to brand guidelines, confidently reflecting the brand and its values through graphic design.
Maintain a keen eye for detail and stay up to date with graphic style trends to keep the company’s graphic styling current across all marketing and design materials.
Manage your own workload efficiently to meet tight deadlines while producing quality work that meets customer expectations.
Work to and design in line with seasonal critical paths.
Be a driven and proactive solution finder.
Demonstrate a high degree of people management skills.
Have a passion for team sports and a good understanding of the market.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Design/graphic based degree or a minimum of 4 years experience in a creative role.
Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Previous experience in creating social content across various platforms.
Experience in creating marketing emails, POS, and alternative marketing assets.
Previous experience using Mailchimp is preferred but not essential.
Experience with kit builder software is beneficial but not essential.
