Project Management at fst

  • Become one of the agency’s linchpins – a superb time, task and people manager, enabling our creative team to deliver great work.
  • Build close relationships with high-profile clients, maintain key client relationships and translate client feedback to our creative teams. 
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of agency projects and workflows, supporting our strategy and creative teams. 
  • Introduce effective organisational processes to increase our efficiency 
  • Be a positive, supportive presence and force for good in our team, passionate about the agency’s success and long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client management – maintaining and enhancing key client relationships. 
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills. 
  • The ability to motivate and win the trust of both colleagues and clients. 
  • Willingness to learn from constructive feedback. 
  • The ability to successfully manage colleagues and coax the best work from the agency’s creative team.
  • Calmness under pressure or when working to deadlines. 
  • Lead project workflow through appropriate software and/or systems
  • Exceptional time and task management.


The ideal candidate

  • Full-time position 
  • At least five years experience required 
  • Is genuinely excited by the opportunity to be part of moving the needle of creativity in B2B marketing 
  • Salary £35-£40k, depending on experience 
  • To start as soon as possible.
