Driven by rapid growth and a thriving community, we’re looking for a Creative Content Lead & Producer to bring our story to life, connecting our audience with the products they love through fresh, boundary-pushing content and campaigns. In this role, you’ll take the lead on creative campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring Ripple⁺ stays at the forefront of community connection and bold brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Lead Ripple⁺’s storytelling with bold, innovative, and engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience. Plan, produce, and execute product launch shoots and social campaigns annually, ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives. Develop and manage a forward-thinking content calendar, staying 1–2 months ahead of launches and campaigns. Repurpose creative assets across platforms to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand voice. Social Media & Community Engagement Own content creation and posting for Ripple⁺’s Instagram & Pinterest accounts (@therippleco and @theripplecohome). Analyze social media performance to refine strategies for reach, growth, and engagement. Work closely with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to elevate & deliver high-quality content. Oversee creative production processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Take ownership of Ripple⁺’s creative vision, laying the groundwork for future team growth and leadership. Asset Management Organize and maintain all creative assets to ensure smooth production workflows. Ensure content is circulated & distributed to relevant teams. Performance Analysis Monitor and evaluate content performance, leveraging insights to inform and improve future campaigns. Continuously refine and iterate on successful creative concepts to maximize their impact. Who We Are Looking For: A doer with a hands-on approach to creating and posting content daily. Experience & Skills Proven experience producing and managing branded content, including photo and video shoots. Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms, analytics, and trends. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, editing software. Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Experience collaborating with freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
