We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing UK Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and produce highly creative, high-quality branding and campaign work across multiple channels and brands. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Designer, who has the initiative to produce on-brand content and the organisational skills to project manage. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in what you do, and is excited about helping to build a global brand, we’d love to speak with you. Responsibilities include:

Producing high-quality visual assets including, but not limited to, email, banners, videos, infographics, and interactive elements to support campaigns. Creating offline assets such as OOH adverts, leaflets, posters, brochures and large-scale artwork for events. Ensuring the design aesthetic is consistent across all touch points. Providing outstanding creative design solutions as well as accurate amends, ensuring the brief is fulfilled to the highest standard and delivered to schedule. Retouching and enhancing imagery to ensure high-quality visual standard to be used across various channels. Participating in creative review sessions, to share best practice and generate new ideas and initiatives to drive our brand forwards. Liaising with external agencies and freelancers when needed, to supplement in-house capacity. This role would suit you if you are:

Self-motivated and driven; with confidence in owning projects & using your initiative. Highly constructive, collaborative and a team player. Have creative flair & excellent design skills, with strong attention to detail. Have meticulous organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and to multi-task in a dynamic work environment. Able to bring ideas to life with the resilience to constructively work with feedback. Able to work effectively under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Have a passion for new software, technology, design trends & new media. Able to travel with work when required. What we need from you:

At least 4-5 years design experience in an in-house design team, marketing agency, or as a freelance designer. A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design skills & experience. The ability to confidently communicate your ideas both verbally and visually. High proficiency in creating / designing PowerPoint and Microsoft templates. The ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously. Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud. Graphic Design degree or equivalent qualifications. Experience with video or motion graphics using industry-standard software including Premier Pro and After Effects would be an advantage. Previous experience working within the automotive sector.
