You’re a passionate designer. Ego-free, and as creative as you are collaborative. But you’re ready for a change. You’re craving a close-knit culture. A like-minded team. An empowering ethos. And an opportunity to build something exciting with a team where ideas mean everything. Sounds good? Good. Because those are the things we can guarantee. We’re recruiting for a creative designer with 5+ years’ experience and with an appetite to forge your own relationships with clients. Supported by colleagues, but without the traditional account management layer that can sap the chemistry and connective energy from your work. You’ll be part of Fluid’s Strategy & Creative team, where you’ll play a central role across a diverse portfolio of clients, owning two or three of your own relationships, with a particular focus on creative campaigns and brand development. Requirements include:

Strong and rounded design skills. Minimum five years’ experience. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. Appetite to work directly with clients. Collaborative and communicative. Closing date for applications: Monday January 20th 2025. Fluid is one of the Midlands’ leading independent agencies, with a community of 20-ish clients spanning household names, global corporates, and industry innovators. We’re a full-service agency, with a team of 50+ creatives, designers, developers, artists, and digital marketers. Benefits include: Free health insurance through Bupa. Passionate about diversity and inclusion. A workplace wellbeing programme. An early 3pm finish every Friday. Hybrid working options. Free gym membership in Darley Abbey. Free social events and team trips. An annual personal development budget. Free car parking to team members. Weekly Fluid Fit exercise classes. Fluid are an equal opportunities employer. We encourage applications regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or gender. We are fully committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all. To read more about our stance on equality and belonging, see our dedicated landing page. We operate a three-stage interview process, which starts with an informal culture chat, where you’ll meet our head of people and culture, and your team leader. If the chemistry feels right, the next stage is a more formal interview, with the third stage being a small-scale test project. We pride ourselves on the multi-disciplinary collaboration at Fluid, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet colleagues from across Fluid’s five teams throughout the process. Interested? Send an email to Shane to express your interest. He’s the head of our Strategy and Creative team, will be eager to see your portfolio, and to hear about your experience, your passions, and your reasons for applying with Fluid. Closing date for applications: Monday January 20th 2025.
