Design, Brand & Creative Manager The Opportunity
As a Creative Designer, you’ll enjoy working across a wide range of design disciplines and be able to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll produce high-quality product and packaging concept designs, keep up to date with and present the latest design trends, and translate concepts into print-ready artwork. In this role, you will predominantly work within our Reusable Bags category, so a strong interest in print and pattern design and a good eye for typography is essential. Skills in hand-drawn or digital illustration would be beneficial. As part of your application, please submit a portfolio in addition to your CV. Requirements
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of projects from idea conception to artwork delivery under the guidance of the Design, Brand & Creative Manager Produce beautifully designed new product and packaging concept visuals Design presentations for internal teams and new business pitches Art work designs and prepare files to send to printers/suppliers Maintain brand consistency across all Solent and licensed brands Assist the Product Development Managers with artwork approvals to ensure accurate, consistent, and well-designed products are delivered on time About You Proven experience working as a graphic designer, creative designer, or creative artworker as part of an in-house team or agency with a good understanding of the FMCG and retail sectors Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time-management and communication skills Experience working with licensing companies, style guides, and assets is desirable Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential, along with wider Adobe Creative Suite skills What We Offer
