Contract: Full-time contract Salary: £38,000-£48,000 dependent on skills and experience. Place of Work: Brigg, Lincolnshire Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing the overall strategy for marketing initiatives. Manage and produce creative social media content across platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to maximize brand visibility and sales. Develop and implement innovative advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Continuously review and optimize the performance of digital and creative campaigns to deliver measurable sales improvements. Write compelling, platform-specific copy for social media, emails, and other digital channels. Design and produce marketing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Assist in planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos/videos for social media, product promotions, and corporate branding. Provide fresh ideas for promoting a constantly developing company with over 100% growth year-on-year. Demonstrate quick thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where daily ad-hoc tasks are common. Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in this field. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Practical experience with Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. Hands-on experience in video production, from shooting to post-production, and professional photography skills. Exceptional written communication skills for creating engaging copy tailored to diverse platforms. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
