As a member of the Creative Team, the Creative Graphic Designer (CMF) will be responsible for developing innovative, trend-forward, colour and decoration designs across various products and categories. Collaborating closely with the Creative CMF Lead, you will contribute to range planning, understand the commercial aspects of product ranges, and help shape our client’s brand across the portfolio. Your role will involve influencing product form, logo application, colour schemes, material types, and finishes. You will present your designs to key internal stakeholders, requiring strong presentation and negotiation skills to communicate your ideas effectively. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise in design and illustration, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, InDesign). Develop and apply colour, decoration, materials, and finishes across hard and soft goods. Collaborate with the CMF Lead to understand how annual trend work can shape our unique colour and decoration, creating trend-based products for retailer exclusives. Participate in the sharing of trend work (annually in March) with Industrial Design, NPD, Product Portfolio, Product Managers, and Factories to ensure trends are integrated into scoping, business cases, and product development briefs for both existing and new product launches. With guidance from the CMF Lead, work cross-functionally to bring trends to life across categories, ensuring that our lifestyle brand vision is represented throughout the process. Communicate where the brand is now and where it's heading, and explain the strategic direction behind colour and decoration decisions. Inspire the business by emphasizing the importance of advancing colour and decoration to position the brand as a leader, creating brand loyalty and driving impactful change. Lead research efforts to support global trend analysis. Manage your workload effectively to ensure NPD/EPD refreshes meet deadlines. Conduct research to understand the significance of trends in the baby category and analyse how competitors globally approach this. Collaborate with the CMF Lead to assess the impact of new colour and decoration work. What skills and experiences you'll need to excel in this role: Creative thinker Advanced Photoshop skills Proficiency in applying artwork to product specifications Open to receiving and interpreting feedback Degree-level education At least 5 years of design and product development experience Experience in graphic design within the FMCG industry or a similar field Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of launching successful consumer products and brands Project management experience; familiarity with Wrike, our work management system, is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills Strong presentation abilities Effective negotiation and influencing skills Knowledge of the nursery, babywear textiles, and hard goods market is desirable Who you'll be working with: This role involves interaction with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, so be prepared to collaborate and communicate effectively with various teams.
