This role will lead a team of designers to maintain high standards of design and ecommerce best practice across our top stores. Whilst providing direction and high standards for the team, it will also be hands-on in designing and delivering stores that look exceptional, and are optimised for high conversion rates. The role will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and CRM teams to deliver a high level of service to our most valued accounts, whilst helping to support the business in our ambitions for growth. The role holder will be crucial driving the importance of understanding who the customer is, of showing products in their best light, and optimising stores for high conversion rates. Responsibilities

Leading a team to build and maintain ecommerce stores for our top clients, ensuring that the presentation of stores is of high-quality correlates with client brand guidelines and incorporates merchandising best practices to deliver a high conversion rate. Collaborating with account managers and designers in cross-functional teams to provide world-class service for our clients. Working closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphic content for ads, newsletters and other marketing materials. Contributing graphic design content to the wider Teemill platform. This can range from pitch pages, website content, marketing assets and content for user design libraries. Weekly reporting on success and failures on projects to senior management & directors. Liaising directly with clients when necessary, to understand their goals and work with them to drive growth of their account. Qualifications

Essential:

University degree 2:1 or above in design/marketing related field Experience

A minimum of 6 years industry experience working in a design/ecommerce role. Experience in managing a team. Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - primarily Photoshop and Illustrator. Able to demonstrate versatility in creative content styles and work with brand guidelines. Exceptional attention to detail and strong affinity with layout and an eye for what looks good across different media. A good understanding of AI tools, and how they can be used to effectively increase quality and output when it comes to design and photography. A confident team player who is able to clearly communicate ideas, issues and solutions. Able to manage a schedule and the schedules of others with a high level of organisational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and take on board feedback.
