Free on-site parking at Bra HQ Hybrid working - minimum 2 days per week in the office About the role Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, the Creative Lead will be responsible for Bravissimo’s creative strategy, ensuring impact and consistency across all channels. They will be a key driver of our brand uplift, delivering relevance and cut through with both new and existing audiences through our visual identity, our photography, our tone of voice and our seasonal creative campaigns. The Creative Lead will guide and manage the creative team, overseeing all projects from conception to delivery. This includes ownership of our creative workflows and creative quality, as well as mentoring and developing the team to deliver industry-leading creative campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of our creative strategy, with accountability for all creative output across all channels including print, retail, web, social and email Responsibility for our visual identity, driving our brand uplift to reach new audiences, re-engage lapsed audiences and grow the brand love of our loyal customers Responsibility for all seasonal and campaign photography and post-production, working closely with the Creative Production Manager and external partners Work closely with the Brand Team to develop conceptual seasonal creative campaigns that consistently and effectively address our brand perceptions and strategic business objectives Ownership of our tone of voice, working alongside our Copywriter to deliver impactful copy that captures the unique spirit of the Bravissimo brand across all channels Manage the creative team, inspiring creative excellence, rigorous attention to detail and a nimbleness and pace to match our trading priorities Have a hands-on approach to key brand deliverables, such as the seasonal magazine and the website, to directly drive our brand uplift and demonstrate best practice to the wider creative team Actively engage with the Marketing and Senior Leadership Teams to drive our strategic business objectives and growth ambitions Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we all spend regular time with our customer facing areas to understand what is important. Customer Facing Visits (in Retail, Customer Services and Warehouse) will consist of a minimum of 2 visits during peak (April to August). For the rest of the year, generally, it will be a visit once per quarter. Person Specification Proven experience in a creative leadership role Experience of leading and developing a creative team covering print, retail, digital and social expertise A strong communicator, skilled at building trust and rapport across multiple functions An instinctive understanding of Bravissimo’s brand, purpose and values Passionate about Bravissimo’s culture and our commercial success Interested?
