Direct message the job poster from Response Informatics We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Creative Lead with a passion for the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to join our dynamic design team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and emerging technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver exceptional user experiences that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction for all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile applications (iOS & Android), and other digital platforms. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides that ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital channels. Oversee the design and development of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and technology. Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality design output and adherence to best practices. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, technology, and the EV industry. Develop and present design concepts and presentations to stakeholders. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital channels. Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful design work. Proven experience in designing and developing engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers. Strong understanding of the EV market and its key players. Desired Skills:

Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry or the Premium Automotive sector. Experience with vehicle configurators and other automotive-related software applications. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as VR/AR, AI, and voice interfaces. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Seniority level
