Key Responsibilities
Design and implement creative marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences. Produce compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other channels. Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain relationships with collaborators, influencers, and media partners. Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and independent setting while contributing to a collaborative environment. You should have: Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a creative or lifestyle sector. Strong communication skills and an eye for detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for creativity and innovation. The ability to work flexibly, with occasional travel to our Scunthorpe-based office.
