Peterborough - Hybrid (working 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home)
Initial 12-month contract - very likely to be extended for the right person!

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality training videos, bringing ideas to life through dynamic graphics, visuals and audio
Edit and design materials tailored for a variety of training initiatives
Contribute to creative training initiatives across diverse business units
Work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with global teams and external audiences effectively
Qualifications and skills
Ideally 5+ years of experience in multimedia development, ideally within global organizations
Experience with industry-standard video production and design tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Self-starter mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multinational environment
