PE Global is hiring a Creative Specialist for our industrial manufacturing client based in Peterborough. The role is an initial 12-month contract and is hybrid with 3 days on site currently. The rate for this role is £17.92 to £24.08 p/h.
Responsibilities: Create informative and entertaining graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media within the field. Interpret customers' project needs into feasible creative ideas and information; provide recommendations in the creative production process. Participate in the collection of customer needs for creative work and give suggestions on the implementation of strategic plans for creative execution. Adhere to the company’s brand voice and appeal to the target audience to increase public engagement.
Requirements: 5+ years’ experience of working globally with multiple business units. Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g., vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers). Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
