Continually inspire and work with gaming advertisers to explore new generations of ideas for their DR-focused campaigns on Meta's platforms. Work with diverse, cross-functional teams to refine and scale your creative approaches for maximum impact. Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, managing projects end-to-end; this is a position for builders. Develop and implement always-on creative strategies and systems for DR-focused Gaming brands, designed to drive sustained growth, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results on Meta's platforms. Minimum Qualifications

Experience in creative for performance, gained from working at performance agencies and in-house creative teams in digital native startups, with a focus on performance-focused campaigns/paid social media campaigns (Meta's platforms, TikTok, or YouTube). Experience in creative ideas for the gaming industry. Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, have an interest in AI for marketing, understand measurement, and are willing to learn new tools. Entrepreneurial mindset. We’re still only 1% done – this team is inventing every day, and it takes tenacity, bravery, and the capacity to see the big opportunities to thrive here. Experience running successful DR-campaigns for gaming clients. Great understanding of performance marketing, including paid acquisition campaigns and DR strategies for creative development. Proven experience in building and forming scalable solutions for DR market needs, with a focus on operational capabilities and directing production partners. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of performance marketing, experienced in defining key success metrics. Demonstrated experience in understanding the gaming industry and its unique marketing challenges. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines. Experienced in analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting data and making informed decisions through creative strategies. Proven experience in communication and collaboration, working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proven experience in presentation abilities, client-facing skills, and mentoring and directing teams. About Meta
