Our client is on the lookout for an imaginative and self-driven Creative Strategist to join their dynamic team. The Role As a Creative Strategist, you will take ownership of ideating and executing strategies that captivate audiences and enhance brand recognition. From formulating plans to delivering innovative content, you'll be instrumental in driving success across platforms.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement imaginative strategies to engage and inspire target audiences. Design eye-catching creatives for paid ads, website content, and social media platforms. Lead creative photoshoots and coordinate User-Generated Content (UGC) video campaigns. Create and manage AI-driven UGC videos, including scripting engaging video ads. Craft compelling content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital channels. Analyse performance metrics to refine and optimise campaign outcomes. Build and nurture relationships with influencers, collaborators, and media partners. Stay abreast of industry trends, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.

You should bring: Proven experience in a marketing or creative design role, ideally in the lifestyle or creative sector. Expertise in designing high-quality creatives for a range of platforms, including paid advertisements and websites. A creative mindset, with experience in organising photoshoots and producing UGC video content. Familiarity with AI-driven video tools and experience writing video ad scripts. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. A flexible and innovative approach, paired with a passion for creativity. Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional travel to their Scunthorpe-based office.
