As a Creative Strategist for the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio, you will work on large-scale, high-profile advertising campaigns for Twitch’s most important clients in the UK and across Europe.

Your role will involve concepting, scoping and pitching inspiring branded content campaigns that translate client’s goals into compelling experiences.

Using your existing knowledge of the streaming landscape, you will uncover cultural insights on Twitch, the gaming community and Gen-Z audience, to develop strategic brand narratives for clients.

Working across a number of advertising verticals (including CPG, QSR, FMCG, Technology, Finance, Retail and Automotive) you will collaborate with new and existing clients to translate marketing objectives into creative campaigns that leverage the best of Twitch’s platform, products and talent.

You will partner with media agencies, advertising agencies and clients across the UK to attend pitches, brainstorms and collaborative work sessions which evangelize and educate on behalf of the Twitch platform.

Key job responsibilities A mid-weight Creative Strategist is expected to deliver custom campaigns independently and to a high standard.

You have proven experience within a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand, or media platform, having worked 3 to 5 years in digital.

You will have a deep knowledge of Twitch and be able to ideate unique, industry-leading concepts that meet the client’s business objectives and excite the Twitch community.

You will need to work comfortably with other teams, remaining a positive influence, collaborating often and communicating effectively, while also operating with autonomy and ownership.

You will be confident presenting to clients and agencies, will act as the voice of the customer through the duration of each project, ensuring that activations are in sync with the customer’s expectations and that the creative concept sold to the client is fulfilled.

You should be able to identify and resolve creative challenges, working to improve team processes and thinking strategically across the business.

You will have a portfolio of branded content work, solid creative instincts and high standards for campaign work. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a second language would be highly regarded. You can take a complex concept and present it in a way that is easy to understand.

You must be familiar with the RFP process, analysing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response that delivers against measurable business objectives. You have experience presenting creative concepts to clients and are comfortable pitching to executive level stakeholders.

You should have an understanding of the Creator economy, branded content and the digital advertising landscape. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the region.
