Creative Teaching Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:

Encouraging pupils to engage with classroom activities Run targeted interventions - support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English and Maths Leading sessions in spelling, phonics, and writing Planning enrichment activities for the pupils Help in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources Lead small group activities within a class as directed by the teacher
