As the Creative Team Resource Manager, you’ll be the central hub for resource planning, ensuring smooth workflows and optimising team capacity. Working closely with live production and leadership teams, you’ll oversee resource allocation, cost alignment with budgets, and strategic forecasting. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage everything from scheduling and freelancer procurement to supporting pitches and marketing assets. You’ll also collaborate with the Creative Director on HR-related tasks, including training and team development. Key Responsibilities

Resource Management:

Maintain resource planning software and track workloads, deadlines, and project milestones. Assign team members to projects based on availability and skillsets. Monitor resource utilisation and forecast future needs based on the project pipeline. Team Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact between the Creative Studio and other departments. Provide weekly project updates and ensure all required information is shared to meet deadlines. Freelancer & Supplier Management:

Source and manage a network of freelancers and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Create purchase orders and manage supplier relationships. Pitch & Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team to create pitch assets. Support the delivery of proposals and creative materials. Operational Oversight:

Handle holiday approvals, training, and departmental concerns in coordination with the Creative Director. Generate time reports and reconcile project costs. What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in resource management, project management, or a similar role within live events, creative agencies, or design studios. Strong understanding of creative workflows and team dynamics in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in resource planning tools (e.g., Float) and Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe CC is a bonus. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. A full UK driving licence and own transport due to the office location.
