Creator Marketing Programs and Events Manager, EMEA

A Creator Marketing Programs and Events Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and events that engage and support our client’s creators across these diverse markets. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive creator growth, engagement, and platform adoption. Key Responsibilities: Program Development and Management:

Initiate and lead marketing programs aimed at enhancing creator engagement and success on the platform. This includes developing user journeys, lifecycle strategies, and comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and manage events tailored for creators, such as workshops, seminars, and community gatherings, to foster learning, networking, and platform advocacy. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research and market analysis to inform business recommendations, identify opportunities for user growth, and drive the adoption of product features. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and partnerships, to align goals and priorities, ensuring cohesive execution of programs and events. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Define project scopes, set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and establish goals to measure success. Proactively identify and propose impactful growth opportunities. Skills and Experience: Program and Event Management:

Proven experience in developing and managing marketing programs and events, preferably within the digital media or technology sectors. Strategic Planning:

Ability to define project scopes, set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and establish measurable goals. Analytical Skills:

Strong capability in conducting user research, market analysis, and deriving actionable insights to inform strategies. Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior team members. Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with content creators, influencers, or within the digital media landscape. Familiarity with the YouTube platform and its creator ecosystem.
