Here's what you'll be doing: Making crucial decisions: You'll be assessing credit applications, using your expertise, our cutting-edge technology, and a wealth of data to make fast, fair, and accurate lending decisions.

Taking ownership: You'll have the autonomy to make your own calls, with increasing responsibility as you deepen your understanding of our systems and processes.

Collaborating: You'll work alongside our experienced credit teams, supporting colleagues on complex cases and contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Driving innovation: You'll partner with our analytics teams to continuously refine our lending strategies, ensuring our approach remains data-driven and best-in-class.

What we're looking for: We look for people that are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. Ideally, you’ll have: Relevant experience: Experience in commercial loan underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit analysis within the SME sector and ideally in the UK or Germany.

A keen business mind: A strong understanding of the factors that drive business success and the risks associated with lending.

Financial acumen: The ability to analyze financial statements with confidence and interpret them effectively.

A proactive mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.

Excellent communication skills: You can articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, and build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
