With over 1800 UK employees, our Central Services functions are key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Based in Bretby, working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance, and IT, we pride ourselves on partnering and supporting our operational divisions to deliver a world-class service to our customers. We’re looking for a Credit Controller to be responsible for the Cash Collection within the established credit control team. To ensure Cash Collection Targets are met as set by the Credit Manager. Ensure that Mailboxes are monitored and actioned accordingly. Promote a positive image of SOCOTEC Central Finance team to internal and external customers. Ensure Dunning Strategy is followed and actioned accordingly to maximise cash collection. Assist with cover for colleagues if required. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Excel skills to include SUM IF, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. Confident telephone manner. Reconciliation experience.
