Provide support to the CBS Team leadership. Assist the direct settlements team with the reconciliation of accounts. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts. Assist in the resolution of legacy issues including clearing and reconciling cash. Provide technical support to other members of the team. Assist the Credit Control team in actively reviewing all risks to identify where debt is evident. Chase overdue debt, engaging with Lloyds Brokers. Utilise DXC platforms to interrogate policy level information when needed. Engage with Underwriting Divisions to assess estimate premium figures, data issues, and other technical areas. Ensure an effective internal and external query management/referrals mechanism is adhered to. Learn all internal and regulatory requirements. Assist with projects and additional duties related to Credit Control. Produce ad-hoc reports as required. Co-ordinate account management, credit control, and data reconciliation. Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship management with Brokers, Underwriters, and other key stakeholders. Excellent people management and development skills.
