Timely cash collection and maintenance of our client accounts Job Purpose:

Support the credit control team in proactively managing the Group debtors by telephoning customers to collect overdue debt and resolve queries. Duties and Responsibilities: Pro-actively chasing outstanding invoices to minimise debtor days. Telephoning clients to chase overdue debt. Building relationships with customers. Resolving client queries directly via the telephone and email. Posting cash receipts. Sending statements and payment reminders. Setting up new clients in the relevant Finance systems. Transferring client information into a new Finance package. Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: Prior experience working in credit control or invoicing. Basic Excel skills. Previous experience with Xero and/or Business Central. Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively independently and as a team player.
