Key Responsibilities:
Managing overdue accounts and chasing payments via phone and email. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts. Resolving payment and invoice queries quickly and effectively. Preparing aged debtor reports and customer statements. Monitoring credit limits and assisting with credit assessments.
Requirements: Previous experience in a credit control role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
