Responsibilities: Provide guidance to the Credit Control team Monitor the daily processes timetable to ensure all actions are completed within the specified timeframes Track aged balances and ensure appropriate actions are taken to secure payments by the agreed due dates Ensure all debit note deductions are processed promptly to minimise outstanding AR balances by month-end Support the Held Orders process, particularly when due to overdue balances or exceeded credit limits Prepare and review the 12-Week Rolling AR Forecast, in collaboration with senior team and other stakeholders, on a weekly basis Oversee the Credit Control team mailbox, ensuring all enquiries and tasks are addressed promptly Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis as required Key Competencies: Proficiency in IT/systems, with working knowledge and experience of corporate ERP systems Strong MS Excel skills Practical experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable, with expertise in end-to-end collections and AR processes
