In this position, you will manage a small team of credit controllers and report to the Financial Controller and Directors.
Criteria:
5+ years experience working in credit control. Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines. Duties:
Team management. Production and analysis of debt reports. Cash flow forecasting every month. Ensure the processing of bad debt collection. Manage the resolution of billing disputes, complaints, and discrepancies, responding to escalated complaints within specified time frames.
