Credit Control Supervisor - NHS / Council Experience
Salary: £38,000
Location: Borehamwood
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office
Main Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team. Dealing with escalations including credit notes and invoicing queries. Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt. Managing a ledger of accounts. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control. Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures. Checking processes are being adhered to including remittances and cash allocations. High volume query resolution.
Main Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. A can-do attitude with willingness to lead a team. Ability to work in a changing and fast-paced environment. Experience with local authorities/councils. Healthcare/NHS credit control experience. Excellent communication and people skills (written, verbal, and over the telephone).
