Credit Controller – 4 days a week

Credit Controller Part-time – 4 days a week (3 in office, 1 remote) Central London An award winning IT company based in Central London is currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a part-time basis. The successful applicant will join a stable finance team of 4. You will provide support to the finance team and make sure all debts are paid in a timely manner Key responsibilities include: Collecting accounts receivable balances for a range of clients including specific high value clients Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms Provide accurate advice on billing queries Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries What the client can offer: Hybrid working Training/studies paid for relating to your role Rewards & health benefits, Gym membership Birthday off Team nights out and socials What they are looking for: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a credit control role Good negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Able to commit to a part-time role long term
