NEW YEAR - NEW JOB? Credit Control job - January 2025 start
Your new role : You will be joining an award-winning, global business, initially on a six-month fixed-term contract. There is a potential for this contract to be extended, or to become permanent inline with the correct candidate and needs of the business. Working as part of a small team of credit controllers, you will be jointly responsible for managing the debt collection process and helping to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts. Duties will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Proactive debt collection Running credit checks Chasing payments by telephone, email and letter Working closely with the sales teams to resolve queries and disputes Making sure that customer invoices are accurate What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced credit controller, who lives within an easy commute to Dorking, Surrey. You will have a proven track record of managing a ledger of accounts, building solid relationships with customers and having a positive impact on aged debt. Billing and multi-currency experience are both highly desirable. You will be immediately available (or on a week's notice) and be ready to start a new role in January 2025.
