A leading provider of gas and electrical safety inspections is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Control Administrator to join their team near Bury St Edmunds. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing credit control operations, including reconciling receipts, chasing outstanding invoices, and handling customer payment queries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company known for its innovative safety services and play a key part in its financial operations.

Why you should apply: This is a great team and lovely company that are a forerunner in what they do. They work across the UK and are growing due to the quality of their work and customer service standards. You will be busy here; the days will fly by, but in a nice way, with a great team around you. If you like customer service and being on the phone, but prefer some admin work in an office rather than a call centre, this could be for you.

What we're looking for: We are looking for someone with experience in credit control or a similar financial administration role, who has strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable reconciling receipts, liaising with customers regarding outstanding payments, and resolving any payment issues. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be handling queries and negotiating with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with internal booking systems are required. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively within the team. Due to our rural location, having your own transport is essential.

At polkadotfrog recruitment, we do our very best to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. If you require any reasonable adjustments such as access or information in an alternative format, please inform us as soon as you are able so that we can make the appropriate adjustments.

Our team of Specialist Consultants have the skills, experience, and passion to deliver a professional, personal, and quality service. Our mission is to build long-term relationships and help clients and candidates find the perfect match.

Whilst we would love to get back to every applicant, it is not always possible, so if you haven't heard from us within 5 days, please note that your application has not been successful on this occasion.
