In this role you will be in charge of dealing with inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chasing overdue B2B and B2C invoices. You will also be responsible for ledger management, order release and resolving queries.
The Role:
Inbound and outbound calls to chase B2B and B2C invoices Order release and ledger management Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm (on rotating basis) Hybrid after probation 4hrs Saturday shift (1 in 6) paid overtime in the winter period
