Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our established and successful Finance Team.
Reporting directly into the Credit Control Team Leader, you will ensure all group debts are collected in a timely manner and that all queries are investigated.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 am - 17:00 pm or to suit the primary needs and objectives of the business. Salary:

What you will be doing and how to achieve role success Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added: Control and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer payments are received in a timely manner. Issue customer statements and invoices via email. Make and receive customer telephone calls, with a minimum of 20 outbound calls per day. Reply to customer emails. Assist in the resolution of customer queries to eliminate payment delays. Report on debtors’ status / overdue accounts. Maintain accurate records including cashflow / dispute reports. Consult with other Kingdom Centres to deliver a best-in-class service to customers. Assist with general admin duties within the department. Observe and comply with all company policies and procedures. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in credit control.
