Full Time:

9am - 5pm (Office Based) - Free, onsite parking available Salary:

up to £25,000 Duties:

Process and allocate receipts for Bacs & Cheques Take payments over the phone & process card payments on the PDQ machine and on the in-house system (shortly we will be switching to online payments) Reconcile unallocated cash Credit check new applications & requests for credit limit increases using Experian / Top Service Open new accounts Chase overdue accounts by telephone/email Answer incoming calls from Branches & Customers Update and maintain notes on the system when a customer or branch calls Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity Ensure debts are paid in-line with the credit control collection timetable Monitor Credit Control mailbox Change addresses, telephone & account settings when required Liaise with all branches/branch managers to resolve disputes Housekeeping manual/computer Requirements:

Must have experience in Credit Control or have good telephone skills to learn Be methodical, have good attention to detail, and able to multi-task Must have knowledge of Excel & Word Be able to work and support team members and use own initiative Good admin skills and able to work quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Benefits:
