About the Role: As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing outstanding debts. You'll play a key role in maintaining the company's cash flow and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage accounts receivable. Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and letter. Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers. Perform credit checks and assess risk. Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer payment issues. Prepare reports on outstanding debts and aged receivables. Negotiate payment plans with customers where necessary. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of credit management software is an advantage. Why Join Us?
