An opportunity is available for a meticulous Credit Controller with a keen eye for detail to join a dedicated accounting and finance team within the not for profit and charities sector. The role is based in Buckingham, and the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing and coordinating credit control functions. Description Manage and coordinate credit control functions within the department. Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely payment of debts. Resolve invoice discrepancies and client disputes. Conduct credit checks and assess creditworthiness of potential clients. Prepare financial statements related to credit and collections activities. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities. Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts receivables. Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures related to credit control. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Experience as a credit controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure. Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse financial data. Job Offer A competitive salary within the range of £30,200 - £34,800.
