Responsibilities:
Chasing outstanding debt via email and phone in accordance with the Credit Policy and Debt Collection process. Ensuring accuracy within the credit note log. Adhering to the correct procedures and credit checks when onboarding new customers and existing ones. Maintaining accurate record keeping of ledgers within the system with up-to-date notes. Allocating customer payments and ensuring relevant customers are included on the credit insurance policy. Keeping the cash flow forecast model up-to-date daily with expected future receipts. Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer details and contact information are accurate and current. Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Desired Person Specification:
Ability to utilize email and phone when chasing debt. Perseverance with processes and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a Credit Controller position.
