The ideal candidate will have:
A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to write professional letters. Strong negotiation and listening skills. A confident telephone manner and the ability to think outside the box. Prior experience in a Recoveries/Collections environment is preferred but not essential.
