Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller for our Christchurch Support Office. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your key focus will be to contact shareholders and customers who are overdue on their account as per the requirements of the Farmland’s Credit Control Policy, providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and carrying out any other duties that may reasonably be expected in support of Farmlands. You’ll concentrate on : Assisting with the collection of overdue accounts within Farmlands Accurately gathering and recording data Reviewing and following up on repayment schedules Reviewing daily reports to help monitor debtor spending Farmlands is building a forward-looking and agile business and your role will play a critical part in delivering these goals by improving productivity capability across our branch network. Your proven experience in credit control will allow you to navigate ambiguous situations and successfully negotiate solutions.
