Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve client account issues.
Monitor and manage financial transactions and credit lines.
Conduct credit checks and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate customer data and records.
Prepare regular financial reports.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance team.
Uphold financial policies and procedures.
Resolve customer queries and disputes.
Drive continuous improvement in credit control processes.
