We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the Swanton team based in Coventry who will provide an efficient and effective customer focused service and administrative support within Swanton’s operating region. This role is hybrid working, 3 days one week and 2 days the other. Rate of pay:

£28,000 per annum. Hours:

40 hours per week, over 5 days. WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP. The role As our Credit Controller you will be the first point of contact for credit control and manage numerous customer accounts to support the finance team. This role will also involve assisting the finance team on ad hoc tasks, dealing with queries by email and phone. Key responsibilities include: Monitor and work closely with home managers on fees and customer debts. Assisting with daily cash posting. Assist in aged debt reporting. Assisting in clearing unallocated cash and follow up on discrepancies on fees. May be occasional billing support requirements. Assist in month end tasks where possible. About you To be successful in the role of Credit Controller it is essential that you have: Knowledge of care industry will be advantageous but not essential. Good interpersonal skills. Cash posting experience. Takes ownership of managing queries until resolution. Attention to detail is a must. Experience of dealing with Government customers would be an advantage.
