A well-known and established company in Dundee is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their close-knit team. Nicholas Hendry has partnered exclusively with them to fill this exciting vacancy.
In this role, you'll be a key player, managing a portfolio of customer credit accounts and ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit limits.
What you'll do:
Proactively chase overdue balances via phone, email, and written communication. Maintain accurate records of customer details and account management processes within the ERP system. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and maintain positive customer relationships. Liaise with internal and external parties regarding account management. Assist with cash posting and allocation when required. Partner with the Financial Controller on bad debt provisions and credit control analysis. Support the Senior Accountant in monthly credit limit reviews. Contribute to ongoing improvements of credit control functions within the ERP system.
What you bring: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to interpret credit reports and company accounts.
