skills, to join our European Credit Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.

Let’s Talk about the Role The role of a Credit Controller is all about talking to our customers and helping them to keep on top of their business account, payments and orders for VF brand's awesome products.

In this role you'll get to do this, working alongside a great team and talking to customers all across Europe!

How You Will Make a Difference Using your German and English communication skills, you will build great relationships with other businesses, colleagues and customers:

Communicating with customers over the phone, Zoom/Teams, and by email to discuss payments, credit terms, and to resolve any queries, utilising your German communication skills. Helping customers to make the right payments at the right time so that their account with VF stays up to date. Help to solve queries and problems for the customer, so that they are happy to make more orders, buy more of our products, and do so in a responsible way. Work with and build relationships internally, with all the other teams across VF Corporation including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. Maintain accurate records using our IT systems and databases in an effective manner. Skills for Success Fluent in German and English, able to communicate with people by speaking and writing in both languages. You are a problem solver who loves to investigate matters and find solutions. You can work with numbers, facts, and figures and understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowing how to use Excel is going to help you in this role, but we can also teach you and develop these skills further.
