Role: Credit Controller
Location: Glasgow (Office Based)
Salary: up to c.£27k (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing customer credit and making approval or denial decisions based on industry standards
Resolving queries and disputes for billing
Negotiating payment plans and establishing terms and conditions
Coordinating repayment schedules and collaborating with Debt Counsellors
Monitoring timely payments and posting daily payments
Initiating legal action and liaising with Solicitors and Bailiffs where appropriate
Keeping precise and up-to-date records
Preparing aged debtors reports
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year credit control experience in a similar high-volume environment
Ability to work cohesively and effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel (pivot tables/V-Look Ups), Outlook, and Word
Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Dynamic, personable individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment
